Beerman Consulting Group provides business growth consulting services, including the Business Growth Blueprint™ assessment. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Business Growth Blueprint™ is a guided consulting assessment designed to identify business bottlenecks, review systems and processes, and provide practical recommendations for improvement. It includes intake, a live assessment session, system and process review, analysis, a written Blueprint, and a Blueprint review conversation.

The 15-minute Business Growth Fit Call is offered at no cost. It is an introductory conversation used to determine whether the paid Business Growth Blueprint™ assessment is a good fit for your business.

The Fit Call alone does not create a client relationship or obligation to purchase services.

Paid consulting work begins only after payment is received and confirmation is provided. Fees are stated clearly before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, refund terms are handled on a case-by-case basis.

While we strive to provide practical, actionable recommendations, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes. Business success depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, implementation, and client execution.

Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and for implementing recommendations. We provide guidance and analysis, but the client retains full responsibility for how that information is used.

All fees for services are stated before purchase and are payable as described at the time of booking or invoicing. Refund terms, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Beerman Consulting Group, operated by Cashflow Syndicate LLC.

SMS messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, requested follow-up, business growth tips, consulting updates, special offers, and information related to the Business Growth Blueprint™ and related consulting services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

We handle sensitive client information professionally and with care. General confidentiality is respected during the consulting process. Detailed confidentiality or non-disclosure terms may be addressed in a separate agreement if required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beerman Consulting Group and Cashflow Syndicate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our website and services may reference or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
